- How quickly will my order be ready?
- Most orders are ready within 30 minutes of placing your order online. During busy times, it may take up to 1 hour. You'll receive a confirmation notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Can I pick up my order the same day I place it?
- Yes! Orders placed before 8:30 PM can be picked up the same day during store hours. Orders placed after 8:30 PM will be ready the next business day.
- Is there a fee for same day pickup?
- No! Same day pickup is completely free. There are no additional charges, service fees, or minimum order requirements for pickup orders.
- What do I need to bring for pickup?
- Bring a valid government-issued ID proving you're 21+ (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and your order confirmation number. Payment can be completed at pickup if not paid online.
- Can someone else pick up my order?
- The person picking up must be 21+ with valid ID. They should have your order confirmation number. For security, we may ask verification questions about the order.
- How long will you hold my order?
- We'll hold your order for 7 days from the ready notification. After 7 days, unclaimed orders are automatically refunded to your original payment method.
