Can I return or exchange cannabis products if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, cannabis products generally cannot be returned once purchased. However, there are some exceptions.
Standard Policy: - No returns on opened products - No returns for "didn't like it" - No returns for buyer's remorse - All sales are typically final
Exceptions (Defective Products): You MAY be able to exchange if: - Product is defective (broken vape, moldy flower) - Package was sealed incorrectly - Wrong product was given - Product doesn't match label
What to Do if You Have an Issue: 1. Keep your receipt 2. Don't continue using the product 3. Contact the dispensary immediately 4. Bring the product back in original packaging 5. Explain the issue to staff
Why Returns Are Limited: - Health regulations prevent resale of cannabis - Cannot verify product wasn't tampered with - Prevents diversion to illegal market - Protects other customers
