- How do I sign up for the loyalty program?
- Sign up is free! Create an account when you order online or ask a budtender to enroll you during your next in-store visit. You'll start earning points immediately.
- Do loyalty points expire?
- No! Your loyalty points never expire. Use them whenever you're ready for your next responsible purchase.
- What ID do I need for special discounts?
- Veterans need military ID or DD214, healthcare workers need current hospital/medical facility ID, seniors need government ID showing age 65+. All customers must have valid 21+ ID.
- Are deals available on online orders?
- Yes! Most discounts apply to both in-store and online orders for pickup. Discount will be applied when you complete checkout or pick up your order.
